So I would try to add some rapport-building elements such as a "meet the team" string of posts. Include photos of who you might be dealing with and their background and motivations. Or some history of the company. 10 amusing things you didn't know about the business, 5 weird facts about the businesses owner etc. Sure, keep it professional, but show who you are as *people* to win over your readers.
