I had never really thought about Twitter ranking well in Google, I can definitely some potential there with the profile pages. Another great Twitter tool, that has nothing to do with plugins, that I use Tweetdeck. It refreshes automatically, allows you to group followers, and shows @ replies and DM's all in one screen.
