I haven’t yet used Headway in depth, and I’ve not got my hands on the new version yet, but it’s great for designing your own site, drag and drop functionality is brilliant and it’s the easiest theme for a general WordPress user to use to completely customize their site. When the new version comes out it’ll defiitely be worth a look.

This is just a YouTube video so is simply embedded from YouTube. Other times I convert a video to flash and use a plugin like Flash Video Player to play it (I do this for my WordPress training videos). But here it’s simply embedded via the embed code that YouTube provides.

On a different note, how do you host videos (like the one shown) and screencasts on your site? I am looking at using VideoPress. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
